Stevia The Developer (MYP 5 / Grade 10). Marathwada faces chronic water scarcity, and sugarcane, its main cash crop, uses enormous amounts of water. I researched Stevia as a low-water natural sweetener, grew and tested it on our own farmland, and ran awareness sessions for farmers on its water, health and economic benefits. Speaking to those audiences is also how I got over stage fright.
